All items (except PDF downloads) are shipped from Brisbane.
We aim to ship within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping may take a few extra days during peak times and sales. We also may take a little longer when attending events out of the state. These shipping times do not take into account delivery times by Australia Post.
All products are posted using Australia Post Parcel services with tracking. These do not include insurance but it can be added at the customers cost. Signature on delivery can also be included if required. Please email us at sales@indigoniche.com if you would like these options added to your order.
